πŸ“š QOTD : Horror or Suspense- thriller? ⭐ My Rating - 4.6/5⭐  πŸ‘»The book "Check In Check Out and the Horrors Within" is a horror-thriller written by Author Keran Pantt Joshi.  πŸ‘»The stories are based on the Hotel Villagio in Tasmania.  The book is divided into two parts where the first half consists of a set of nine short stories while the second half is about the history of the Hotel.   πŸ‘»All these stories are spine chilling thrillers of murder mysteries and the influential key factor was the suspense getting unravelled one by one. My personal favourite was the story named " The Follower on Instagram " which was all about the horror waiting behind the doors of following an Instagram account.  πŸ‘»The title and the book cover was equally awesome. The stories were not very terrific and horrifying but to an extent, it was really interesting. The way the author has presented all these stories were quite impressive. Overall it was a happy read!

A note to self!!

The hardest times of all is not yet come. Remember, today was better than yesterday, and the future may hold pleasant surprises. While many perceive life as a series of problems, have you considered the small things that brought a moment of laughter each day? Find the best out of the worst and never complain.  And I've even seen people who just put blames on others or the Supreme God for all that they are facing. Did they even realize that whatever they go through is something that they've sowed once.. I mean like whatever they are facing is actually bcz of what they did and not bcz of any other person. Putting blames are always easy but never a solution.  The way you take things up to your mind is what important. Your heart will play tricks but be wise to use ur brain at times. Bcz sometimes ur heart will be so selfish to let things pass.. So it will ask you to choose what you want instead of what you actually need. But our brain is capable to show you that your needs ar...

Lost love late love review!!

Image
⭐ My Rating - 5/5⭐ The book " Lost Love Late Love " is a fictional story written by Author Namrata Gupta. Before going into the review, I would put forward some words from my mind. Any relationship to be successful, doesn't require any high level qualities. But on a long run, they must have trust, be truthful, give freedom to live the way they like and most importantly to be themselves without faking it. When their is any compulsion or enforcement of anything on the other person just because you don't like it, it highly affects the relationship. If the same continues to overrule a relationship then that's what we call an abusive or toxic relationship. This book is one which highly concentrates on this topic. The story revolves around Kashika, a 22 year old girl who is in such a toxic relationship with a guy called Vivaan for almost 2 years. He actually keeps her under his limitations and boundaries. He is highly dominating and doesn't let her do things withou...

The way this book is written brings out the imaginations of the actual scenes and architecture's beauty in front of our eyes. Special mentions on the title chosen for this book. Author Interview with Jayant Swamy.

Author Interview with Mr. JAYANT SWAMY!!  When did you first realize that you want to be a writer?    Writing is perhaps part of my genetic fabric. An avid reader since childhood, I was always enamored by the power of the written word and the intricacies of the English language. Several stories always swirled around in my head. When I was in college, I put pen on paper and wrote some of these stories. When I sent them off to popular magazines, there was no response.   Circa 1998. I was emigrating to the US. Vikram Seth had made it big on the international writing scene with his novel ‘A Suitable Boy’. I bought a copy of the book at the Bombay airport. A routine activity you would think, but one that changed my life. Reading that epic novel, one of the longest published, my writing dreams, also took flight.   The transition began thereafter – it was an organic process rather than an event. I enrolled myself for a Certificate Program in Literary Fictio...
