"Chandraprabha The Iron Lady of Assam" by Hiranya Borah is a biography of a daughter who was supported by her parents, a young single mother who gave best education to her son, a poet who loved someone truly throughout her life but never been accepted,  a fighter who always fought for the upliftment of the society, a freedom fighter who served her motherland with dedication,  a kind human being who was courageous enough to empower women.


The author chapterwise presents the journey of Chandraprabha,  her personal life ,her love life ,her motherly love ,her love to her motherland, her sacrifice and dedication towards women and society. She always spoke for the betterment of women and also started wearing khadi throughout her life and boycotting swadesi clothes. 

She has faced lot of difficulties in her life yet she became the Iron lady of Assam.


The author also mentions about her books ,poems and the people by whom she was inspired and among all, her father Ratiram Majumber had influenced her a lot.

That's true I love her review 📖💯 🌟My rating - 4 /5🌟 This book is a LGBT fiction novel written by Author Priyanka Singh. I picked up this book because of its beautiful eye catchy cover which has a secret revelation of the story hidden in the cover which you can find if you notice sharply. When I started reading the book, I found that the main character's name was Ammara, which is my long term favt for no reason. It made it even more interesting. Coming to the plot, the story begins with a fight between Ammara and Raghav which literally ends up in breakup. I would say that they both were at fault!!
