⭐ My Rating - 4.6/5⭐

The book " Lotus Land " is a Mythology book written by Author Bhuban Patra. 

This is an unique story which dwells into the beauty and essence of architectures. The story is set in 1200 CE. This book talks on konark secret duology on first place. 


The main character of the book is Bishnu Maharana. He is the main architect at the Konark temple whose life is explained deeply with notes to the architectures, history and his journey as a sculpture. This book is one of its kind where author has put a lot of efforts and I guess he must have made intense research about architecture and Konark sculptures. 

He mesmerizes readers with the details that he gives on every single thing, that many of us failed to find about. The way this book is written brings out the imaginations of the actual scenes and architecture's beauty in front of our eyes. Special mentions on the title chosen for this book. An apt and elegant title and book cover. Overall it was a new journey with this kind of historical mythology book.

The book revolves around the two main protagonists of the story and the other few sub characters as well. The story is about a relationship between two people which started with love and ended in friendship. Yes you read it right. This book definitely has no happily ever after kinda ending.
