The Boy called Ambi Review

The boy called Ambi book review!!

⭐My rating - 4.3⭐

"The Boy Called Ambi" is super cool fiction written by Authors Gayathri Venkatesan and

This book is a bit close to me, since it brought a lot of childhood memories back.

The Plot is about Ambi, a grown up who is sitting and thinking about his childhood. The story of his childhood memories are narrated smoothly.
He is a obedient boy with many siblings, whose family is shifting from Tirunelveli to Trichy for business purpose as they had a great need of money to run their big family. There were some tamil words included at places which I liked a lot. And the story is set in both South & North India. The story revolves around Ambi, whose childhood has huge difference from the current lifestyle. Author has beautifully portrayed his childhood and its scenario long back.
It in turn takes us back to the memory lane, which we treasure with pleasure. I personally felt happy and found myself smiling at places which reminded me of my childhood.
This book also tells about some short stories, which happened through his journey of life.
Ambi, being a spiritual person whose life not only has beautiful childhood memories but also certain spiritual journey is also included in detail. Overall it was a best read!! I would recommend this book to kids of this generation and all other book lovers out ter!!
