ReplyDeleteThat's so true. Often books fail to give the dread. Maybe we need that background music and silence. But I liked the non-ghostly and unearthly. Its intriguing.
ReplyDeleteWhenever I read a not so chilling horror book I play a horror background music to create the ambience and to visualize the events. Try this once. Though horror is my least preferred genre.
ReplyDeleteWow, spooky and paranormal stuff is definitely my kind of genre. Thanks for suggesting the book.
