The book "Transition and other stories" by Kalam Babu brings out the emotions of us through his short stories.

This book comprises of twelve amazing stories under mixed theme.

Each of which can be related with our life. It talks about friendship, love, family, money, passion and all sought of emotions.

The stories talks about some major elements of our country regarding a soldier's life, widow's struggles , feminism, farmers problems, strong message on LGBT (great attempt by Author)

Even a beginner can go for this book. I loved it and I was able to connect my self with each stories.
Out of those 12 stories, being a girl my favorite was " Taming of the shrewd "which talks about feminism.

🌠The language is simple and lucid.

🌠The character building is done effortlessly.

🌠The cover and title of the story goes well with the story. 

I would recommend this book to everyone, especially the ones who loves short stories.
Give it a read.
