⭐My Rating - 4.8/5⭐

The book "CHRYSALIS" is a self help book by Author Sanjay Lohani.

This book is an anthology of 101 anecdotal stories that gives us hope from within.

As the title suggests, Chrysalis is the transitional state of a caterpillar becoming into a beautiful butterfly. Just like that, author ironically states that we humans as well go through phases of life to be transformed into something good.

"Big change happens when people witness the impact they make on other people's life."

This is one of the most inspiring quotes from the book that reminds me to be greatful and kind towards others.

This book talks on a lot of topics that motivates us from within as all these are not just some random stories but real life stories with which author has conveyed a great message in this book.

This book also covers about the incident of the nuclear disaster at the Fukushima. This book also focuses on the career rut that most of working peers go through. The overall concept of the book remains constant to inspire and bring hope to become the better human being. Overall a neat and clear narrative turned out to be an inspiring book.
