Become the Author of your life๐ค
๐My Rating - 4/5๐
"Become the Author of your life" is psychological self help book written by Ami Williams which will transform our lives better.
Most of us wish to have a peaceful and happy life but we forget to practice it. We forget that "our life is in our hands" and that's exactly what this book will teach us.
This book is a pack of 10 chapters which is extremely motivational. Author is a psychologist, who puts her experiences with patients in the form of small stories that brings light to our life. She puts forth the points that we tend to learn and practice & those things that we left for granted.
Author also speaks about Procrastination and its effects. As we all have the habit of procrastinating things, we always postpone and put things one bye one on the queue. We fail to understand that Procrastination is something that increases the impact of our self esteem to do things at the right time.
This book brings out the changes to be made, inorder to become the Author of our own life. It is also helpful as a beginner friendly book for guidance and support for the readers. Overall it was a motivational self help book.

ReplyDeleteI am more into self-help, spirituality, and non-fiction lately. I should add this into my tbr. Thanks for the recommendation.

ReplyDeleteThe book cover is pretty and minimal. You should try "Do it today", it also has the same idea.
