An avid reader since childhood, I was always enamored by the power of the written word and the intricacies of the English language. Several stories always swirled around in my head. When I was in college, I put pen on paper and wrote some of these stories. When I sent them off to popular magazines, there was no response.   Circa 1998. I was emigrating to the US. HR-Superstar book review!!  ⭐My rating - 4.8/5⭐ The book "HR - Super Star" is an amazing book for all aspirants who wish to make a career in HR field. I chose to read this book as I'm a MBA - HR student. I knew quite a few things related to this field but I'm not a pro. So I thought of gaining some knowledge through this book, but I actually gained more than I imagined. This book has 12 chapters which describes A-Z about HR. It starts with the introduction of what is HR and how it works. It brings out the valid points on why one should choose HR as a profession and deeply talks on how to shape ourself to be perfect HR. Further on, the book offers an insight of how an HR should be.. Be it at workplace, be it anywhere. Human mindset plays a major role and it is a key aspect of this field. Finally the book concludes by saying things that we never knew about this profession and about how to mark our name as HR- super star. This was indeed an important and informative book...
